I've been making bespoke lampshades and accessories for 6 years, using old and new lampshade frames, re-covering them with contemporary and vintage fabrics. Each shade is hand-sewn and the trimmings and details are applied by hand.
As well as lampshades, I create purses, crossbody bags and small totes from leatherette. l love using bright, bold colours when making lampshades, so naturally l have transferred this through to my accessory making.
